Our officers are flexible in terms of the duties they can perform or where they can be stationed – operating from either a designated surveillance room or simply amongst business staff. After inquiring about our security concierge, you can expect to receive a quote within 30 minutes. Included in our response is the expected quote for the proposed services and – if you’re satisfied with that – a security guard deployed to your site within 24 hours. Additionally, we offer incredibly flexible security packages that can be adjusted depending on your needs and the length of contract you require.

Turning our attention towards costs, we’ll charge for our services per month. We do this to provide our clients with full transparency when it comes to finance, as well as allowing you to set your budget accordingly. They are mainly expected to assist visitors and customers, whilst also supervising access points and sometimes performing patrols.

Do You Need SIA Licencing To Be A Concierge Security Guard?

Two types of SIA licences can be needed to apply for a role in concierge security. The first is a general security guard licence, which is relatively straightforward in what it does. The second is the SIA door supervisor licence, which permits you to specifically watch over access points. Only one of the licences is needed to attain the job, but it’s good practice to keep in mind that your chances increase if you hold both.
