Region Security Guarding is always looking to recruit experienced and SIA licensed security personnel to cover nationwide job opportunities.
Our security guards are the face of Region Security Guarding. Therefore all our security guards are fully screened before we employ them and, as required by BS7858:2012, must have a checkable 5 year work history with criminality check and references.
We have developed our own in-house SIA training ensuring all our security guards are fully conversant with their responsibilities and giving our clients confidence in the security guards we use. Once trained, the guards become registered SIA licensed card holders.
When recruiting security guards we look for:
- Applicants must be SIA Licensed.
- Have experience of working within security services.
- All applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- It would be advantageous if applicants hold a full driving licence.
- Applicants must have 10 years checkable work or education history.
