Self Isolation

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The government are advising that for anyone with a high temperature or a new continuous cough that they are to self isolate for a minimum period of 7 days.

During isolation you are not to:

  • Go to work
  • Catch public transport
  • Meet with friends or family
  • Leave your residence unless it is strictly necessary

Once you have completed your 7 days of isolation, you are to note your symptoms and check if they are worse, the same, or better. If you are still experiencing symptoms you are to continue to isolate for another 7 days until the symptoms start to deteriorate.
