About our Key Holding/ Emergency Alarm Response services:

Region Security Guarding provides businesses and homes with a key holding service which means we retain ‘keys’ to your premises that are deposited in our secure key holding facility. Keys are kept sealed and each seal is uniquely numbered and recorded in our Log Book.

Our security key holders are in constant contact with our Control Centre and can request immediate response if intruders are detected or a situation turns hostile. Our key holders can reset alarm systems, arrange emergency building repairs and ensure that the premises are secure before they leave.

Our Emergency Alarm Response service means our trained Security officers will attend your premises on your behalf and deal with the situation that caused the alarm activation. A comprehensive report is provided to you the following morning outlining the incident and the action taken by our response officers.

The Region Security Guarding Control Centre operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our vehicles are fitted with satellite tracking enabling us to despatch the closest available emergency alarm response team. Our security guards are uniformed and carry identity cards making them easily identifiable.
